  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a registered GreenSheen Paint Collection Site. To complete the registration process, please fill out the form on this page. You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon successful completion of this form.

    Collection Sites must register with GreenSheen Paint, and agree to use safe practices for collecting, storing and shipping latex paint. GreenSheen Paint will provide marketing materials and the supplies you will need to safely and effectively operate your Collection Site. (1) Collector agrees to collect latex paint, stains and clear finishes only. Paint and coatings that are not identifiable as latex shall not be collected. Collected materials shall be packed into collection bins in a manner conducive to safe storage and transport.

(2) All collected latex paint shall be sent to GreenSheen Paint. Collector may transport paint directly to a GreenSheen Paint recycling facility or arrange pick-up through GreenSheen Paint.

(3) Collector will be billed by weight once the collected materials have been received by GreenSheen Paint. Collector agrees to remit payment to GreenSheen Paint within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

(4) As an approved collection site, you must:

(a) Staff the site during operating hours;

(b) Notify GreenSheen Paint of changes in hours and days of operation;

(c) Handle paint in a way that minimizes spills at the collection site and during transport;

(d) Package and ship collected paint using supplies provided by GreenSheen Paint.

(5) A collector must allow GreenSheen Paint access for inspections during business hours to determine compliance with the collection site requirements.

(6) No entity may claim to be collecting latex paint for GreenSheen Paint unless the entity is registered with GreenSheen Paint as a collector and submits all collected latex paint to transporters and processors authorized by GreenSheen Paint.

(7) All Collection Site locations must maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. If requested by GreenSheen Paint, the Collection Site must provide documentation indicating that the liability policy is in place with contact information for the insurance carrier or agent.

(8) Any collector found to be out of compliance with the collector requirements may have its participation in the program cancelled.

(9) GreenSheen Paint or the collector may terminate this agreement at any time without cause upon sixty (60) days written notice to the other party.

(10) At the time of termination, collector shall make collected materials and supplies provided by GreenSheen Paint available for pick-up. The collector may also deliver collected materials and supplies to a GreenSheen recycling facility.
